What the job involves
Foam bonded to the felt and rafters can trap moisture against the timber and cause rot that stays hidden until the roof is opened up. Removing it lets the roof breathe and lets a surveyor see the structure.
We strip the foam from the membrane and timbers, clear the debris from the loft and remove it from site. If the felt or any timbers have suffered underneath, we can put the roof right at the same time.

The spray foam removal we take on
Everything we handle as part of your spray foam removal, from first survey to final tidy-up.
Spray Foam Removal
Spray foam sprayed to the underside of a roof is now a common reason a mortgage, remortgage or equity release is refused, because a surveyor cannot inspect the timbers underneath.
Foam bonded to the felt and rafters can also trap moisture and hide rot until the roof is opened up, so what looks like insulation can quietly be doing damage.
We remove the foam from the membrane and timbers, clear the loft and leave the structure open and inspectable again — clearing the way for a sale and letting the roof breathe.
